Products and Orders
JPR Custom Creations offers custom-designed and print-on-demand merchandise, including apparel, drinkware, blankets, home décor, gifts, and other products. Many products are made specifically after an order is placed.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Because of differences in screens, printing processes, materials, and manufacturing, actual colors and placement may vary slightly from digital images and mockups.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Order Production
Many of our products are produced on demand by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Production begins after an order is submitted for fulfillment. Once production has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. JPR Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer addresses, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because many products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.
Product Issues
If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs showing the issue so that we can review the situation.
Intellectual Property
The JPR Custom Creations name, branding, original website content, graphics, layouts, and original designs owned by JPR Custom Creations may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
